  • 1 block 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
  • Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thick slices
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill the tofu steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear
