  • ½ cup ice cubes (if not using frozen blueberries)

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • In a blender, combine the kale, blueberries, and banana slices.
  • Pour in water or almond milk to facilitate blending.
  • If not using frozen blueberries, add ice cubes for a chilled consistency.
